Our founding team — three repeat founders — spent yet another quarter spinning wheels on an idea that could have been validated in a weekend. We knew there had to be a better way.
First prototype in a coffee shop
Armed with whiteboards, research papers, and too much espresso, we mapped out the ideal founder workflow: capture, scope, test, iterate. MVP Forge was born.
Early access & first believers
We opened the doors to 200 early-access founders. Their feedback shaped the validation playbooks, PRD generator, and assumption-ranking engine that power the platform today.
